Mr. Zafar Iqbal the founder of Eastern Leather Company in 1960s, was a dynamic and innovative figure in the world of Leather. He was a man of grit and determination, who made his way to the top, through skill, dedication and sheer competence in a short span of time. Mr. Zafar Iqbal continued his journey of success and setup an Eastern spinning Mills in 1993, which started production in 1994. Second Unit was added in spinning in 2001 and third spinning unit is under construction.

He always stressed on making the best use of available limited sources and resources for better results. He showed others how to do it and was always there to guide them, to remain in relentless pursuit of excellence!
